Tara Lukach, Founder and CEO

Tara Lukach, Founder and CEO of the consulting firm Lukach LLC, has more than 15 years of marketing, sales, business development, and project management experience. Tara especially brings together the perfect blend of expertise in marketing, both as a consultant and creator.

Before launching Lukach LLC in 2016, Tara was the Director of Product Management for the Employment Screening division at Pinkerton (a Securitas company) located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. During an 8-year career there, she was a part of the management team, holding various roles as Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director of Product Management. She led business development and product management initiatives for all product and service lines, including background checks, quick due diligence, drug testing, assessments, verifications, electronic I-9’s, fingerprinting, and hiring management software.

Tara's skills in marketing, photography, videography, and design started at an early age. By the time she reached high school, she had become a three-time State V.I.C.A. Photography Champion, and competed nationally with her work. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, with a specialization in Video Broadcasting. Among thousands of applicants, Tara was selected for an internship with DreamWorks SKG. Tara completed a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at Loyola University Maryland. She was recognized for her high scholastic achievement by being selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, which is the international honor society for collegiate schools of business.
